Redskins has 2:49 TOP and 33 yards in the first quarter, yeah I like how this is going.

I hope McDaniels does well in Denver, and I admire the stand they took with Cutler, and I hope they do well, but how can you not feel bad for Cincy? There's no other team that would happen to.

It would happen to the Vikings, but only if it were the NFC championship game.

That is brutal incompetence. Not only do you throw a pass 2-3 yards past the LOS, but you throw it to the other team?

Apparently McNabb has a broken rib. Good luck next week against the Saints.

I wouldn't be surprised if they fine the Panther that hit him in the end zone, as it was a very late hit, IMO.

I seem to remember a catch off a helmet that was close:p

I'm going to seriously consider whether I want to continue paying for Sunday Ticket. I upgraded to HD this past January and I'm paying an additional $10/month for that privilege. Fine. No beef there whatsoever. Now I get home, check the NFL range of channels, and find nothing but standard definition. DirecTV informs me that for another $99, they can provide NFL in HD for me with the Superfan package, in addition to the $249/year I already pay. I inform them that I'm going to consider cancelling Sunday Ticket in the future, since I bought an HDTV mainly to watch games in HD, since, after all, I'm paying the extra $10/month in the first place. They offer me Superfan for 5 payments at $20 each, with 6 credits for $20 each. I'm appeased, but not pleased.

Redskins score on a fake FG, but still down 17-7 and Campbell has been awful (at least it sounds so from the radio).

Wow, I left the bar I was at when it was 10-0 with 3:49 left in the half, and I missed two touchdowns. Go figure.

Yeah, wierd last few minutes. And Cooley's knee was down there. The new strategy seems to be to injure the entire Giants D and then walk infor TDs. Let's see if it works!

as someone who has NO at 26-1 to win the super bowl, i am glad their offense was so strong - but only hope that the DET offense show this great improvement the next couple weeks too   :o

Detroit offensive improvement? They ran a kickoff to the New Orleans 13 and had a fumble returned for another touchdown. 231 yards of offense, 33 on the ground.

1. The SNF intro is hideous.
2. Al Michaels needs a brand can of spray on hair.
