Northwest Wisconsin is in the Minneapolis-St. Paul or Duluth TV markets. They get the Fox, CBS, ABC and NBC from the Twin Cities or Duluth.

The best thing they can do is order one of those NFL packages or go with a dish and use a false address in a different TV market.
