No offense but I'm not going to vote out Angie Craig because of one vote I disagree with. (Not that I could Omar is my rep) She is doing a helluva job and likely no other Dem wins her district.

Saying stuff like that is asinine and is just cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Calm down.

Calm down.

I'm plenty calm...just because I tell you your take is bad doesn't mean I'm agitated. Hell my heart rate is in the 50s right now.

You don't make decisions on a rep based on one vote unless it's something major. This is not.

I'm saying calm down because I was being facetious.

Hahahahahaha
god I love that movie

Apparently Bill Murray was a major PITA on that film...made Ricard Dreyfuss miserable and even threw stuff at him in the famous dinner scene. Now rewatch the film knowing that!

(and no he was not being method he was being a mean miserable jerk)

I have no idea what this is. I think I missed an entire decade in there somewhere.

The wonders of lake winnipasaukee ….that movie inspired me to take a weekend trip up there!

what about bob is just a classic. If you dislike bill Murray you won’t like it, but if I recall don’t you love lost in translation? Oh that might be someone else. But Bob is my favorite Murray gig and just an overall great comedy

There are two types of Bill Murray stories, and there is a mountain of each. In one he is a great guy, generous, charming, kind, and funny. In the other he is a Chevy Chase-level as-shole and a diva and goes out of his way to be a tool and is the unfunny doofus at the party everybody wishes would drown in the pool.

We contain multitudes.

What About Bob. Watch it. It's funny as hell.

Will do. I love both actors. I can't remember where on the Richard Dreyfus Mister Koo's Wild Cocaine Ride he was at that time. He was apparently a legendarily functional addict. Like John Mulaney says, this is not a great super power to have because it will almost certainly kill you. I am so glad they both survived.

I think The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz is his best performance, and it is sadly obscure. If you ever get the chance, watch it. It is a total gut punch, though. It rivals Michael Caine's Alfie or Jack Nicholson's Five Easy Pieces. Three of the best movies I've ever felt borderline suicidal after seeing because of overidentification with an extraordinary, deeply flawed and poisonous, lead.

What About Bob is great not just because it is funny, but because if you just shift the focus a little bit it is a Travis Bickell level psycopathic story. Seriously if you just change the soundtrack Bob is a crazy psycho who stalks his doctor and trolls him until he goes insane then takes over his life.

Plus, who doesn't love Julie Haggerty?

From the sounds of it, his attitude is based on whether he has any real interest in the project or not. He notoriously hates everything that could be mainstream. He had to be bribed into making Ghostbusters, he ended a long friendship with Harold Ramis (until he was on his death bed) because he didn't think Groundhog Day was dark enough, he was awful to the cast on What About Bob...those are 3 of his biggest hits!

Bill is an interesting person, and probably awesome to be friends with...but then if you cross him once you are done. He is a full on diva but also is the guy who likes owning minor league baseball teams and going to the games. Just...odd.

Like Carol Burnette, Carol Kane, Bernadette Peters, and Ruth Gordon, a wonderful comedienne with absolutely zero appeal below the waistline.

I'll take some Shirley MacLaine with a side of Mae West, thanks.
