TV 20 - Sorry no fancy title

This is going to sound impossible but….

i think this weeks episode of Dr odyssey will be considered when it jumped the shark. But It had Margo martindale!

First three episodes of Arcane season 2 dropped this weekend and yeah, it's just as good as season 1 and will win every animation award this year. Rest of the episodes will drop the next two weekends.

Sucks it's the final season, because it does feel a bit rushed/dense plot wise (was originally planned for 5 seasons), but given the reported cost I can't blame them for not doing more.

Hopefully the animation studio itself gets hired to do more, because what they've done in Arcane is simply beautiful.

Started The Diplomat, S2, and it's still as hilarious as S1. Highly recommend. Must be watched as a pure black comedy.

Catching up on NCIS Origins. Relatively derivative, but two inspired bits of casting. Kyle Schmid, who I've liked since first seeing him in the series Copper, as a young Mike Franks.

And Robert Taylor as young Gibbs' father, the part played in the original series by Ralph Waite.

In a book written about the show, Jason Sudekis is on record as saying people are ignorant if they didn't like Season 3 of Ted Lasso.

Personally I thought it rebounded in the second half, but extending the episode lengths to fit in the Keeley story line that ultimately meant nothing ruined the first half. And the Nate story line had a huge build up in Season 2 only to get solved way too fast in Season 3.
