I honestly don't know. I never played the game and didn't know anything other than the game itself was highly regarded coming into this. IGN seems to put a GAME vs TV show comparison video out on YouTube each week if you want a direct comparison.

In the game it spreads via spores, some of which can be airborne. Characters in the game carry and wear gas masks because of that. They changed it for the TV show so actors didn't have to act in gas masks.

We watched two episodes tonight. It's WAY better than it has any right to be. It's everything a reboot-ish show can do right. We laughed pretty hard but I'm 90% sure that's nostalgia kicking in. I really hope they keep it up because the first two episodes were really fun.

Honestly they should let it go. S6 is significantly worse than any other season, and it's a terrible idea to reboot the voices. The show was wonderful but it's played out. Let it die.

That 90’s Show was enjoyable. Yeah I am surprised to be saying it too. Going in with very low expectations probably helped it. Did a pretty good job picking the kids.
 
Well, all you who warned me about west wing dropping off after season 4 were dead on.

also, in west wing world, Alan Alda is a respectable human being along with being a republican? It’s almost laughable now
 
As expected Hulu has also cut ties with Justin Roiland. The two shows they have, Solar Opposites and Koala Man, will continue without him as well.
 
He had enough money to indulge his whims with professionals, he never should have been a predator on civilians. What a dope.

Negotiated watching TLOU with my wife last night (she isn't fond of horror shows).


It was very good and now I don't have to watch it by myself.

My wife and I watched the first episode last night. I did not expect the outcome that we saw just before the year skip. Wow! Congrats to the show runners.

Yes, that was great. Spoiler:

To build up with backstory, and then slaughter, not just a cute little kid, not just a cute little girl but a cute little black girl... my god, they broke every contract TV makes with viewers. It was like "Hey, we're gonna have Stranger Things and oops Eleven dies of syphilis!" My god, that was inspired. Following it up with killing off I Am Woman Hear Me Roar Marlene was great, too.

There's hope for the show if they can 86 Joel and Ellie.
