U. S. college hockey just received a huge recruiting tool. The U.S. team is comprised mostly of U.S. college hockey players and the Canadian team mostly Major Jr. players. It's not over yet, but that was a huge win for the U.S. Incredible game! Ryan Miller for President!:D I bet every college hockey player in America was watching that game.

I want some of what they're smoking. Watching it on TV was rough....even the WABI commentators were ragging on the D men making mistakes left and right.

right... Umillie [heh] has no idea how to get his teams to hit their peak at the "right" time. (a lotta UNH fans want him out because of that)
for a bunch of years Jack peaked in February
but Tim was getting the boys to peak at the right time... iwill give him that.. he peaked after Whistling Dick did.

Why do you play Jeff Marshall or Brett Carriere at forward, and then put Keenan Hopson at defense?

They are trying to get Banwell untracked offensively.

Banwell is a physical presence, he can clear the net front, but not when playing forward. Besides he might take a penalty

Couple of important injury updates from the Whitehead Show tonight...

1. Mangene should be back for the UMass series
2. Carriere could be back for the HE quarter finals
3. Sirman will be back this weekend

Should be a huge boost to a team that needs a spark

Thought the line changes for Maine on Saturday were weak............there was also a bench penalty. I do believe that on the third goal Maine was totally out cycled and were gassed but there was a faceoff and UMass sent out fresh troops. The Maine were left on the ice for more abuse and ultimately the turning point goal. UMass changed up quicker and kept up the tempo on the forecheck

Seriously, Timster said as much in a tv interview,.....he's simply trying to get Banwells scoring touch back.....dont shoot the messenger man.:p

If healthy, Darling should play every second of every game throughout the rest of the season. Inserting Sirman into the BU game was just one of the many blunders Timmay has made. Bad news that Sirman is available again for Timmay to repeat his mistake.
