No they were technically right. And they made sure to make it clear even if the rest of the court agreed and they heard it they were going to tell Texas to pound sand. The morons made it too easy for the Court to do the proper thing...

And now of course the Parler crowd is openly talking about killing the very judges they were happily applauding and saying would save Trump. Yes even ACB and Rapey McDrinksalotofbeer!

Our state rep’s gofer answered that while he wants to throw out Michigan’s votes, he also wants to support “free and fair elections as well.” Did I Illuminate his hypocrisy in forthright terms? Yes I did (This has not calmed me down)

edit again: I googled the GOP staffer I've been ranting at, it turns out he was running for a county clerk position in October until he got in trouble with the law for "prank" calling his opponent to express a desire to "poison her dogs and put them in a dumpster"... I think it's time to slowly back away

So, in Box v. Henderson, Indiana was asking SCOTUS to consider stripping same-sex couples of parenting rights. Much to my pleasant surprise, SCOTUS declined to hear the case.

I know. It's so confusing how these people continue to hold on. I guess I can't relate because I've never been a member of a fucking cult before.
 
Two assertions I have read in the last 24 hours re: Ginny Thomas that need to be Snopesed.

1. She facilitated bussing in the terrorists.

2. She is being questioned by the FBI.

1) I doubt is true.
2 I totally believe she was making comments before and I think during the attack.
