Nice to see you're making new friends there big boy. Be careful...the last time I said something negative about RIT, I received an unsolicited phone call from an incoherent drunken mother of one of the players. One of the funniest converstations I ever hung up on!! Tell me... it Rochester near the Love Canel? That might explain a few things.

The Tiger men left D3 in 2004 and even now the fastest way to blow up a thread in the D3 forum is just mention RIT. Heck in the middle of the 2010 frozen four run, someone from Utica College innocently started a thread congratulating the Tigers. It just exploded into a flame fest that lasted for the better part of a month. Of course it attracted enough RIT faithful to help keep it going. Honestly sometime we're our own worst enemies.
I just consider it program envy.
Well I guess I haven't since I started at RIT in 2005, but I agree with you, it is definitely program envy.

That's funny. I have no issue with bashing a school or program as long as it is done respectfully and the bashing is directed to an element of truth. It seems that this forum is well respected amongst the hockey community and as such, a higher level of believability is associated with what is posted here. Reputation and assumptions are creating false impressions and the critics are predictable.
I know what I know and as such make my comments accordingly.

That's funny. I have no issue with bashing a school or program as long as it is done respectfully and the bashing is directed to an element of truth. It seems that this forum is well respected amongst the hockey community and as such, a higher level of believability is associated with what is posted here. I spoke to a senior administrator yesterday who saw that post on twitter and facebook, and he/she told me that no "check has been signed" and that none of the paperwork is even in yet. I was told that RIT is in fact applying to NCAA to move to division 1, the application needs to be in by sometime in the end of June to be considered for D1 play in the fall, and RIT is planning to send it in this week.
