Curry carrot soup on the stove, baked fresh bread for stuffing yesterday. Making pie dough this afternoon along with mushroom soup for green bean casserole. Pumpkin pie, pecan pie, amaretto cheesecake tomorrow. Turkey, stuffing, boniato (potatoes) to be done Thursday.
Hanging around the house when not cooking. Nice to have this long stretch off. Hubs and I went to a concert on Friday and pretended we were 20 again (stood too close to the speakers, danced too much, stayed out too late). UNH game on Saturday, loafing around Sunday. Yesterday was the start of thanksgiving prep and sleeping late (for me).
