Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: 17th Edition: Summer Isn't Just A Stripper's Name

Sorry Clown.

So my 25th at mother mining was last week. My supervisor asked what I wanted to do to celebrate and I suggested a lunch for everyone in our department. She did a really nice job and put together a presentation in which she piled on the compliments regarding my leadership of the team. Hope this carries over to my mid-year review tomorrow. :) Mrs. GE was able to join us for the lunch and halfway through the presentation asked "who is this guy?" :D

Sorry Clown :(. We have that stuff in our family too. Both Aunts. My Dad might have a touch starting but is 85 this yr. Won't know if it is because he and his wife are so secretive they could be in the witness protection program). His sisters had problems earlier than this. One is 5 yrs younger than him. Fam hx shows this back into the Great-greats but only in the women. Being female that isn't a good thing to know.

We'll watch for when you forget birthday threads. ;)

So it's 80+ in Anchorage with 15-20% humidity so half the state is under red flag warning. There's a fire slightly north in a major rec area that has shut down the highway to Fairbanks. There's also a fire to the south too.

So Anchorage is hot, dry, and about to be covered in smoke.

So further proof that Twitch can't have nice things??

Morning.

So i've inquired with a genealogy researcher based in the Czech Republic about helping me find records that aren't digitally available for my father's side of the family.

Thankfully his company is about a fourth of the cost of a US research company.

Good Morning Lodge.

So Jr shot well in the morning, 20-24, but then his gun malfunctioned, he used a borrowed gun and shot crap in the afternoon, 14-17 (all out of 25) His team's varsity finished 5th but JV was first. So they'll have a JV team and, at least, one individual shooting in the MSHSL tournament this coming weekend, but Jr is done for the season. May put a team together for the league at the club they shoot at during the season.

We made it into a youtube video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7bnNguRNTg When it gets past the buildings there are two red tent canopies and we were standing on the filed side of one of them waving at the drone. If you can see us, you have better eyes or resolution than I do.;)
