just to let y'all know, y'all are slacking. FRalph has given mookie his last SEVEN reps. y'all should be embarrassed :p

With the iPad and the iPhone my only option is the mobile version. No repping or checking rep allowed......

Days like today make me wish it was January..

Nowadays, it has to be classic for me to rep. Just don't care enough either way. :/

I don't understand why people complain about mobile versions of websites when it is simple to avoid them.

Sometimes it's not easy. This site, for example...I can't get the non-mobile site on my Kindle. And I know that's not uncommon. We've tried all options.

But it is easy with an iphone, just download Chrome. Problem fixed. Don't think Amazon lets Chrome be available for kindle.

I got word yesterday that one of my last two surviving aunts died on Friday; she died from Alzheimer's. While I wasn't particularly close with her, largely due to living some 950 miles away from her, she was a kind woman as all my aunts have been - my grandparents did something right in their main duty. Both of my maternal grandparents were claimed by the disease and now three of their six daughters have succumbed to it as well, including my mother. I still have one aunt remaining, but I think she's been lucky and escaped its wrath given how vibrant her memory is to this day (the two that died from other causes died early deaths from cancer and alcoholism). The odds are not in my favor on this one. Watching my mom go through it firsthand, knowing roughly how it would've gone down for my grandparents and aunts, it's not really made for the happiest of weekends.

Good Morning, MEUSA! :)

Good Morning to the rest of tLodge! :)

Good Morning Lodge. Sorry Clown.

More high school kids shooting shotguns today. Lots of spent rounds and broken clays yesterday.

Oh wow St. Clown, that's rough. My sympatihes to you and your family. :(

Back at work today. Not too much to catch up on as I had my work laptop with me last week. I did come in to a meeting maker with my boss for later this morning. I'm a little anxious about that....

My mom's mother and brother both had it. Her older sister is getting close.

Mom turned 72 in March and is still working full time (well, she did cut Friday's last month but appears to be cramming 40hrs into mon-thur, which keeps the mind moving and is helping her.

It's still out there though.....

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: 17th Edition: Summer Isn't Just A Stripper's Name

Condolences and well wishes to those in need of them.

Morning Lodge.

As expected, my golf outing scramble team won in the value for our money department....we got to hit the ball way more times than any other team. We had a lot of fun, kept pace and didn't care about the score. I was just excited with how many of my shots we used. One of these days I'll try to improve at golf, but for now I pretty much just particpate in 2 scrambles a year and that's good enough for me.

I have golfed exactly once, and that is where it will remain. I can't even make contact with the farking ball half the time.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: 17th Edition: Summer Isn't Just A Stripper's Name

Golf is pretty much the only sport I feel I can be competent at, specifically because the ball isn't moving. :p
