Chicken. You know, I think it wouldn't necessarily a bad thing for the Muslim world to KNOW he will be suffering in hell... I'm sure a lot of them believe he is with Allah now... boy would that be GREAT to take that away from them. I want their hero destroyed... their hero defiled... their hero humiliated... but as he is... to many he will be their hero... afterall... he went down fighting.... just as their little 2 month old will if Allah wills it.

You have to be careful, though. Can't make him a martyr. Hence my stance on specific shots at their beliefs.
And to echo others, thanks to the people that made this happen. I had a cousin that joined the Navy in Aug 2001 right out of high school...and was sent to Bahrain 6 weeks later, right after boot camp. 10 years, mostly over "there" somewhere. Finally is home, with a family. I'm *ing so proud of him.

In all seriousness, David Williams is NYA class of '96 and US Naval Academy '00, former captain of hockey teams at both schools, is a US Navy Seal and was posted in Afghanistan. I have to wonder if his unit was involved in this mission. Regardless, I hope he and his brothers in arms will continue to be safe. The next few days are bound to be bloody. I wouldn't be surprised if this news was a trigger event for sleeper cells around the globe.

See... he's already a martyr though... he will be celebrated as such... its the Christians that maintain this righteous stance against insults.... Muslims tend to be humiliated by insults... their society respects shows of power. If you do certain things to his body, according to their own religion, he won't be allowed into paradise. He is no longer a martyr but the ****ed. Now, unless I'm wrong about those points... desecration of the body, etc... then doing such things will mean he is no longer a celebratory event. Putting their hero to ****ation... yeah, its a terrible message to send out... but is it wrong?
