Ohio State Offseason 2012: In like a lion, out like a lamb.

Re: Ohio State Offseason 2012: In like a lion, out like a lamb.

Wonder when the rest of the season will be filled in? I've heard a number of friends who were part of the program at one point or another speculate a long holiday break is not in our best interest.

Two games in PGH at the end of December should take care of that as long as the guys don't eat too heavily over Christmas.;)

Re: Ohio State Offseason 2012: In like a lion, out like a lamb.

We had a game at the end of December last season and it didn't help us. The point is how long a gap in playing in December is too long?

Re: Ohio State Offseason 2012: In like a lion, out like a lamb.

Looks like they wont be able to add to the winning streak at yost.

Re: Ohio State Offseason 2012: In like a lion, out like a lamb.

I saw a michigan fan posted the home and away games for them on the schedule thread and the buckeyes were only hosting michigan next year.
Unless he had inside info which would not be official I wouldn't take it as fact yet. Some teams are releasing 2012-13 schedules now but OSU & Michigan has not done so yet. I may be on campus at Michigan and by Yost this weekend and if no official schedule is out by Sunday I'll see what I can find out but I'll only be traveling if the weather's good.

Here is a link to a newspaper article that was posted on the Michigan team thread and it list the pod that michigan is playing in next year which the Buckeyes are not in.

There is also a link within the article that takes you to who they play home and away. the link is at the left in a box
Now I see. Pretty boring night when we speculate back and forth about Michigan's schedule. lol! Our streak at Yost can continue, just have to carry over to the 2013-14 schedule.

Re: Ohio State Offseason 2012: In like a lion, out like a lamb.

Small thing to get you excited.....

Incoming goalie Collin Olson just recorded his second consecutive shutout at the World Under 18 championships. Shut out the Czechs 5-0 to go along with a 4-0 shutout of the Finns, Denmark up next tomorrow.

What i have gathered for next year so far

Home: Michigan

Away: BG,Michigan St.(i am assuming this because of the michigan home) and Lake St.

It also looks like that Miami, Ferris and Northern will be one series each and if that is correct then Notre Dame, Western and Alaska will be home and away

I hope the Miami games are here, Oxford's an easy drive but getting tickets there especially if you need several is about impossible.

I agree i like going down there even though its a little more difficult from toledo but tickets are just so darn tough to get.

It's 20 minutes away and my neighbor is a former Redhawk player so tickets aren't a big problem. Still----I'd rather play them in Columbus.:)

The only thing we need is a significantly bigger fan base to make Miami's insignificate when they're here.
