Ohio State Offseason 2012: In like a lion, out like a lamb.

Re: Ohio State Offseason 2012: In like a lion, out like a lamb.

We need to change the topic headline to a different saying or start a new thread for 2012-2013 season. Lion & Lamb is reminding me of last years second half of the seasons NIGHTMARE!!!!
I think we'd have better odds of hitting the lottery than that scenerio duplicating itself this season.

LOL. I will let you know if your correct come January 1st 2013. I wouldn't mind the team having a normal start and get better as the season goes on and peak at playoff time.

I didn't have a problem with the fast start last season. Just don't go in the other direction the second half of the season like the last two seasons! I totally agree with you, though, about getting better as the season goes on and peaking come playoff time.

I already have a problem with the upcoming season. Who's the scheduling genius that gave an exhibition game the first weekend in October and then nada at home for a month!

Markell and his four year commitment to Quinnipiac.

Definitely will change next year with B1G hockey

But that has nothing to do with a months worth of away games. The main part of the hockey schedule is done on a yearly basis.

it has 25% to do with it since it is one of the four straight away series. All I meant was that they could have had a home series if they hadn't scheduled that Q series four years ago.

So I assume the Penn State team we'll see in the Robert Morris tourney will be the core of their team that makes it's Big Ten debut next year?

Hockey is in the blood. Let's get them BUCKEYES fired up & ready for battle. A few more weeks & we drop the puck. Eh.

Actually, one more week if you're counting the exhibition game next Sunday vs Waterloo! Let's drop the puck, eh! I am ready for some Buckeye Hockey!

Come on over and check out the B1G Hockey thread. Right now it's a Michigan-minnesota fest.
