Harvard did recently lose Frederic Foulem (Goalie out of Shattuck) to Major Junior. He was slated to come in either 2016 or 2017.
We have Michael Lackey coming in this Fall, but I would expect Harvard to be pursuing a top flight goalie as a replacement for Foulem.
Not sure who is out there, but wonder in Salisbury goalie (Nick Sorgio) is on the radar. The U-17 NDTP goalies are also potential options. Academics are always a question and not sure how some of these guys align to Harvard on that dimension.
I'm also wondering if Michalek went ahead and asked for another year of eligibility? That plus we really don't know about Madsen. Any word on whether or not McNally and Everson are applying for the eligibility reinstatement and when that decision might come down?
They all have applied for an extra year of eligibility. No timetable for a decision, but all of them want to come back.
Very doubtful that they will be back though I hope I am wrong. Ivy League is generally not very amenable to 5th years regardless of underlying circumstance.

Too bad. Hurts our chances for the Frozen Four. But the team will still be fun to watch.
What about Blackwell?
Pretty sure he gets auto redshirt for previous year. Playing in 2nd half last season eliminates 2014/15
So who is likely to take the starting goalie job, now that we know Michalek is out?
