Harvard Crimson 2014-2015: Restoring the Karma

Re: Harvard Crimson 2014-2015: Restoring the Karma

Harvard to play Notre Dame at Notre Dame in opening round of Shillelagh Tournament with RPI and Western Michigan. Thanksgiving weekend. So that's 5 of 7 non-conference games, with hosting BU and the Beanpot.

All of these Harvard folks performing at high levels in the post season.

Maybe there is something after all to graduation and classroom attendance during the 2nd semester....

Regardless, it can't be hurting recruiting.

Harvard picks up recruit out if Lincoln in USHL, Jack Badini. He is a '98 and will try and learn more about him.

Well, at least we will be familiar with the rink. Hope the result will be different!

Fluto Shinzawa, in last Sunday's Boston Globe, had a note about Alex Killorn. Alex is actually leading the Bolts in ice time averaging a shade over 20 minutes a game. Fluto also mentioned that after Alex's junior season, the Tampa management team tried to convince him to leave Harvard to join their organization. Obviously, Alex stayed and it certainly hasn't hurt him in terms of his role with Tampa. Or Dom Moore with the Rangers for that matter. I hope that Teddy uses these examples as well as Jimmy Vesey returning next season to convince other high profile recruits that finishing what you start pays off in the long run.
