Who's this new pitcher the sox got?!?
Who's this new pitcher the sox got?!?
Who's this new pitcher the sox got?!?
let's do the time warp again!
as clean a sheet as I've seen out of the sox lately...two pitchers? That is an average 7th inning lately, not a whole game.
5.5 back of the Yanks for the Wild Card? Would be nice to get that number under 5 before heading to the Bronx this weekend.
Theo made a big mistake not finding someone to replace Bay's production. Cameron's signing was a flop. This is probably the worst outfield concerning HR's and RBI's. They need to fix this problem in the off season with free agent signings.
I don't think they can catch up with this lineup. Head to head, I don't think they matchup well with the Yankees and Rays. Even with this line up, they struggle against weaker opponents.

Kalish LF Ellsbury CF Drew RF seems like a good outfield for next season.
Ryan Kalish hit his first major-league home run into the Yankees' bullpen in the sixth inning Friday night, so he wasn't sure if he'd receive the ball as a souvenir. "I thought maybe they didn't know the significance of it and would throw it into the stands or something," Kalish said. Sure enough, the Yankees' relievers pocketed the ball, which was in Kalish's locker after the game.
That is pretty cool, and I would like to think that most teams would do something similar.
Why does Paps have to make everything an adventure.
