And I have no white guilt. I am neither proud nor ashamed of my white skin. I did nothing to get it, either positive or negative. It is neither good nor bad, it just is. I feel no guilt over it, and I feel no pride in it. What I do know is that early American history is full of incidents of the US government going out of their way to exterminate the natives. They failed. But to say that they tried is not a lie. I wonder why it is that you acuse me of being anti-white. Is it so hard for you to criticize the behavior of people to whom you have no connection whatsoever other than skin color and national origin? There are many many white Americans that I think are terrible people. (You, for the record, are not one of them) Does this make me anti-white? Am I anti-white because I believe the large amount of documented evidence showing that for quite some time both the British and American government actively tried to wipe out an entire race of people? Or is it simpler? Am I anti-white because I am liberal and all liberals must be anti-white.
And yes, I do like starting **** with you; you're fun to argue with. But frankly, I was shocked that you actually seemed to believe that Ward Churchill was the origin of the smallpox blanket thing. Regardless of whether they were used, or whether germ warfare in general was used, the idea of it most certainly did not start ten years ago.
