College Basketball 2010-11: Headin' for Houston

Re: College Basketball 2010-11: Headin' for Houston

Rick Pitino had to be a ***** for 20 years to earn that no call. :)

I just lost a 16 and I'm extremely happy about it.

Re: College Basketball 2010-11: Headin' for Houston

I'm liking my last second decision to have Louisville only go to the S16 instead of the F4.

That was a fun 30 minutes of bouncy ball... Let's see if Princeton can keep this rolling...

The thing about playing Calipari is you either win and advance or win without advancing three years from now when he forfeits.

Anyone else find it ironic Pitino was knocked out by Morehead?

I was going to go with Morehead because they have the nation's leading rebounder, but backed away. Luckily, I only had them going to the S16. Some of the other people in my bracket were not so lucky. Two people lost their national champion in that game.

Re: College Basketball 2010-11: Headin' for Houston

Not doing too badly so far. I only had Louisville going to the Sweet Sixteen. Of course Cincinnati, West Virginia and Butler had to screw me. I should know better than to doubt Matt Howard and Bob Huggins. :p

I am going to miss the Marquette game tonight. :(

Re: College Basketball 2010-11: Headin' for Houston

My best bracket has 12 right. But that also has Memphis, Oakland, VCU, Marquette, and Florida St winning as double digit seeds. :eek

What the hell is Craig Sager wearing?

Re: College Basketball 2010-11: Headin' for Houston

Every time I turn away from GMU/Nova, GMU starts scoring, and when I watch they don't. So I'm gonna stop watching.

Re: College Basketball 2010-11: Headin' for Houston

The ending of that Nova-Mason game was made for Gus Johnson.

Re: College Basketball 2010-11: Headin' for Houston

It feels wrong to complain about being able to view all games online for free, but I'd like it if the scoreboard that CBS has above the video was synched with what's on my screen instead of being a bit ahead (rather, my video feed is probably a little behind), as it sort of spoils what's going to happen next in close games. Though I've found I can scroll the scores so the current game is off of the screen.

Re: College Basketball 2010-11: Headin' for Houston

What a nailbiter with Arizona and Memphis. Memphis guy gets bumped down low with seconds to go by two Arizona guys, misses the shot, and it's game over with Arizona winning by two. This one could have gone either way.

I only got 3 right in the Southeast...but luckily Ive been nearly perfect in the other three regions.
