Even if the Cubbies win the WS, the ending won't be perfect. It can't be at Wrigley.

Lol Cubs. Just lol.

I'm a big Cubs fan. I want them to win desperately. But I just know that we'll have 320 million new fans the day after. 320 million fans that have been there through the thick and the thin.

That happens with any title team.

That being said, I am having a sad. Can't they make it close? lesigh. :( I still will prob rock the uni tomorrow, despite it being NFL Sunday. It's the Cubs, dammit.

The consolation is the Cubs have the pitching advantage the next two games, and it'd be even for game 7 with Hendricks vs Klubot. But they need the bats to wake up and start getting a little luck again. They hit three or four tonight that would've been long gone last night.

Based on all the different crowd shots, I think there are exactly seven non-celebs in attendance at Wrigley.

I was hearing 10K for the average ticket, so no surprise.

If the Cubs were going to win, they would've done it in Chicago, after stealing Game 2 in Cleeeeeeeeevland. They're just extending the inevitable. Blah.

Lackey vs. Kluber, even on short rest, was always penciled in as a loss to me.

But a rested Arrieta vs. Cleveland's game 3 pitcher on short rest on Tuesday. Then potentially Hendricks on normal rest vs a Klubot pitching for the third time in eight days.

They've got a shot.

I think it's probably going 7, then it's a coin flip at that point.
