Re: 2012 Presidential Election 5: Election Day Countdown

The only place in a polling location that any candidate's name or likeness should be present is on the ballot. That's either a bad oversight or really bad campaigning, since I'm guessing any area where there is an Obama mural in a school is likely going to give him 90% of the vote anyways, so really what's the point of leaving it uncovered.

Re: 2012 Presidential Election 5: Election Day Countdown

Good fun. Had a good laugh on the way in. At this point, I just want Obama to win so I can tune in tomorrow! :D

I read a long time ago (Rush has been around over 20 years now) how Rush is much better off audience-wise with a Dem in the white house, because it's easier to keep the outrage cranked up than when a republican is in there screwing things up. He no doubt wishes in the black depths of his money-grubbing heart that Obama wins big, but can't afford to say so on the air.
It is great comedy though. I recommend listening to Rush in that spirit, don't take him seriously and he's a lot of fun.

Rush is good comedy. It's insanity in overdrive.

I'm really excited to tune in to MSNBC tonight. Even if (when?) Obama wins, you know there will be so many train wrecks it will be impossible to turn away. I'm putting the over/under on girly squeals by Chris Matthews at 6.5.

It it turns out badly for B. Hussein, which MSNBC anchor (aside from Sharpton) will be the first to attribute the loss to racism? My money's on Chrissie.

Many will be checking out Faux with the same malicious intent. ;)

I wonder how after Laura Ingraham's proclamation Fox News or the Republican party survives if Romney loses? I don't see their way forward.

And Faux will do the same thing if he wins. Say that blacks vote for him only coz he's black - on the outside anyway.

Big deal. Same old dog & pony show.

Re: 2012 Presidential Election 5: Election Day Countdown

I'm going to watch either PBS or the BBC. CNN is in the toilet right now as far as analysis goes and no point in watching Fox or MSNBC until after the thing is decided for pure comedy potential.

Weeeeell, he said a bunch of stuff he doesn't believe anymore. for starters. :p

That pretty much means he never believed those things in the first place, correct? He was exposed by Ted Kennedy prior to running for Governor.

Personally I will be glad when this election is over. Then I can watch shows on DVR and fast forward past normal commercials for beer, cars, feminine products and drugs instead of all those political ones.
