I rest my case.
Can't wait for the Big 10 Conference so we can scratch you rodents off of the schedule. Have fun playing Penn State 4 times every season. Maybe you can even schedule a Big 10 vs. ACC challenge. Think big!
So I started to read through the Regional thread and got buried. I am gone this weekend and want to tape the Gopher game(s). It sounds like the Saturday game is on alternate FOX. Do we know which channel the Sunday game is on if they make it? And a refresher on times would be nice, so I wouldn't have to figure out where I left my brackets. Thanks.
We beat Georgetown for an NIT title in the last 20 years. Or was that wiped out?Golden Gophers Won Something? So the WSJ decides to poke fun at Minnesota for actually winning something, women's hockey. Fun times.

Edit: '93 they beat Georgetown, '98 they beat Penn State.
I do prefer winning over academics. I mean, if I have to choose. You are correct. The big cheating scandal during the Haskins era was fun and pretty.

Each year the Capital One Cup indicates how well a school is doing in athletics. Stanford has owned this since its inception.Actually the gophs are on a pretty good run by many standards... I have to imagine 10 national championships over the last decade has to be one of the tops in the country (plus an additional second place this year in wrestling).
Congrats on the win. Good luck the rest of the way. Hope to cross paths with you guys more often once the league realignment frees up some OOC games.
I wouldn't sweat it. Any competition in which North Dakota State finds itself tied for the lead has to involve huge piles of steaming cowpies. Each year the Capital One Cup indicates how well a school is doing in athletics. Stanford has owned this since its inception.
