I'd love to see Rask pick up a win at some point in the next week or so if only so he doesn't get shipped to Raycroft Lacher Island.

7-6 Flyers about halfway through the game. Record for most goals in an NHL game by both teams is 21.

Bob McKenzie tweeted "RIP, Mansbreek." Sounds like Pat Burns has passed, and if so, a **** shame that he got passed over for the hall of fame this year.

The Wild probably won't scare too many opponents this year but is nice to see an improved product and better overall play so far. The optimist in me believes that if they hang around long enough that Fletcher is the type of GM that will make a smart move to bolster a better than one and done playoff appearance without wasting draft picks that DR surely would have. imho they aren't deep enough to sustain significant injuries, have some youth at D that needs to gain experience and need another F to up the bottom lines.
