2009-2010: Official Minnesota Wild Thread

Re: 2009-2010: Official Minnesota Wild Thread

That was sweet. This team is really starting to look good. :)

Bill>Sid

edit:
I just looked at the Western Conference Standings, not all the games are done for tonight, but as of now the Wild are only 4 points out of 8th, but more interestingly, they're only 8 points out of 3rd

Bill Tenderness has been awesome.

No other way to put it. I guess you could use his real name instead, but where is the fun in that?

Re: 2009-2010: Official Minnesota Wild Thread

Otis Redding always had some great advice when it came time to try to score:

Try a little Tenderness.

Ok, seriously, that's the best pun I can come up with. That song doesn't exactly lend itself to hockey analogies...

No suspension nor fine for Gonchar's flying elbow on Clutterbuck.

Apparently as long as you don't have a previous record you're allowed to do completely reckless things.

Re: 2009-2010: Official Minnesota Wild Thread

I love watching Canuck players get owned cause they are sissies :D

Re: 2009-2010: Official Minnesota Wild Thread

Neither Mason Raymond nor Evan Oberg are sissies.

*For that matter, neither was Cliff Ronning*

Do they play for the Canucks...if they do they are sissies I don't care if they played for the Bullfrogs ;)

Boogie and Scott out there together...that is both scary good and scary bad AT THE SAME TIME!

Re: 2009-2010: Official Minnesota Wild Thread

Was that one of the pinky and the brain twins cannucking (slashing and running) Boogie at the end of the game?

Probably...whoever it was they Matt Cooked the hell out of there...as I said Vancouver Canucks = SISSIES! :D

Entertaining 3rd period. Nice to see Scott take care of business against Bolduc. Not exactly sure what he was thinking going with Scott...

Yeah, that was ill-advised. Scott even fixed his hair before he started throwing. Hilarious.

I wish Stoner was back, though.
