This also means no more judge confirmations right? Are republikkans going to allow her to be replaced on judicial committee?

**** the dems for allowing her dusty corpse to remain on that

This should speed up judicial confirmations, as the rules allow deceased members to be replaced on committees. The problem before was that she was still an active senator, she just wasn't showing up.

McCarthy got a procedural vote on a DOA short term funding bill through 218-210, after which they cut his balls off shooting the actual bill down 198-232.

Rep Crocket asking what crime has Biden committed, and holding up a picture of mar a mayo bathroom and said “looks like national secrets in the shitter to me” hahaha

shitters full, Clark

Busy work. I read a great analogy. Substitute teacher ran out of lesson plan at 1:15 and needed something to do until 2:30 when class is dismissed.

This is all a clown show from completely unserious people.

If anyone here ever watched the Leftovers (and you should, phenomenal show) there’s a episode where the main character (Kevin, played by Justin Theroux) wakes up and someone says “todays gonna be a real hard day, Kevin” and I really think that’s applicable here

Probably pissed off the 3? NY moderates who voted for this crap for it to still fail. They're doomed next year anyway so.

Is it in any way possible for biden to exec order all federal elected officials to forgo pay as well under a govt shutdown?
of course just wait until someone takes him to court and overrule the order…. But still.
Would be worthwhile

So if she died as a senator she could be replaced without a vote

if she resigned, they would need a vote?

Looks like we get to do it again in 45 days.

Putin does smile, as all it did was give a raise to Congresscritters and strip Ukraine aid out.
