It's a door that is typically open M-F but today was an emergency exit with one of those "Push until alarm sounds, door will open in 30 seconds" signs. I guess he thought that somehow pulling the alarm would do something or reset it. Goofy as fuck yes but not malicious. (Note: based off of a screencap of a tweet of a photo (https://www.fark.com/comments/13008538/164698448#c164698448), so make of that what you will.)

Actually I would bet he would vote against it. He doesn't care what the rest of the Dems think is why he is super popular.
 
Deano is angling for a job...he obviously wants to be more than a rep and he will never be a Senator here. There is no way he thinks he has any sore at President no one knows who he is.

Exactly. He is a climber and being the Rep for Plymouth and Edina is just not gonna cut it for him. Problem is he won't be Governor or a Senator here so he is trying to get Bidens attention.

Then he's a bad senator. A CR is the responsible thing to do when it means keeping the government open. Sorry, this brinksmanship over the debt ceiling and government shutdowns is dumb. I don't care if they keep doing this every thirty days if it means keeping the doors open.
