They were the defending European champions, but also haven’t qualified for the last two World Cups.
We have T20 and 50 over (ODI) Cricket teams. I believe we have a Rugby 7 team that's not bad.

Canada advanced from Group A after scoring a grand total of one goal in three matches. In fact, there were six goals total scored in Group A and Argentina had five of them.

Soccer has definitely caught on a little. There is a firetruck in our neighborhood, because an elderly woman has problems with heat stroke (this is their second visit this month). I was getting the mail so I sidled up to the driver to ask what was going on, and before anything he saw my Slovenko t-shirt and blurted out, "Oh, dude, I am so sorry."
