Yes.

They have widely been regarded as having the best defense in the world for quite some time now.

They don't have much of an offense and even when they won it 2006 they rarely scored a lot of goals. They won games on PK's and 1-0 scores.

exactly. defend first and score on a set piece... i think they only conceded twice in '06

Lots of drama in the net after the goal. Italy has a player elbow Mucha as he was picking up the ball, then Mucha took a poke at him from the ground. 1 yellow each.

The Italians are so pathetic. Attacking the opposing goalie after scoring a goal, then pretending you've been punched when the Slovakian player pulls you off his goalie.
