I know this has never been said before, and might get me banned from the site, but ESPN is right. The US was robbed of a win. :p

How do you figure that? I'd say Slovenia deserved their lead, but to be up by 4 goals? Did they even have 4 good scoring chances?

I'm here, but not watching the match closely.

Edit: Interesting decision on that high challenge. Yes, the challenge by the Algerian was potentially hazardous, as he went high and with the studs showing. However, Johnson did not appear to be fazed, kicked high himself, and connected with the leg of the Algerian. I'm really not sure how that should have been called.

Carragher's suspended for the SVN game. Tactical foul, and possibly an unnecessary one as it looked like the touch was a little too far out in front to be collected.

Horrendous decision by the referee to give a goal kick to England. He's from Asia, and he's terrible.

And again, an England player tries to pass from a good shooting position. Didn't any of them see the angles Donovan and Maicon scored from?

I was exaggerating, relax (although I do think SLV controlled that half). I just don't like the ESPN folks treating us like we're some yokel fans who need to be spoon-fed the local angle.

More importantly, who the hell are we supposed to be rooting for in this game? England to give us a clearer path to 16, or Algeria to give us a better chance at 1st?
