I must say I like Darke the least. He whined on and on about just about everything. Just one example was the goal Dempsey was called offside against Algeria. It wasn't a great call, but Darke just wouldn't let it go and flamed the emotions from the Slovenia game.

Just do play-by-play of the game in front of you and let the color guy make comments every once in awhile. My biggest complaint about soccer play-by-play guys in general is that they all think they are the color guy.

Who announced the Spain-Portugal match?

I hated both guys. John Harkes is the worst announcer since Marcel Balboa.

That is the dirtiest tackle of the world cup, and he should have been sent off. Straight red and disgusting. Only a yellow is lucky.

No one else watching? Muller just put one off the crossbar with a powerful header. This game is wide open like a youth match, but with a lot of talent on the field.

Lahm is sick so he's not on the field.

No one said that. I just don't believe that the result would have changed with him in the side, because he needs service to score, and Germany was awful in the midfield. Maybe he changes the result, but I don't feel he would have because how horrid Germany looked at possessing the ball.

He might have, but I don't believe Germany scores even with him.

And watching it on replay what an awful turn over by Bastian to lead to that Uruguay equalizer.

The downpour is insane here. Suarez had a great chance to score but the angle was poor and he dragged his shot wide of the far post.

Germany's black kits just scream 'bad-***.' Like they're a biker gang that plays world-class fussball.
