All I can say is you probably gave them the wrong email or the they don't want to email them to rodentsota, which I can say that I'm not opposed to that. :)

Minnesota series video news and notes per UW. Figure I would post it here as it is from the Badger perspective.

To me, the key number is 3. With the firepower that Minnesota has, Wisconsin probably isn't winning a 1-0 or 2-1 game. Was on track for that last year at LaBahn, but things went sideways the last minute of regulation/OT. Anyway, the Badgers are going to have to put up some goals and hope they are aggressive from start to finish. Last year, Wisconsin scored 5 goals in 5 games. That's not going to cut it against most quality teams, let alone Minnesota. I feel that the first team that hits 3 goals is going to win that game.

I also think 3 conference points is the line where the weekend can be considered a success. Even though Wisconsin hasn't won in 18 games, there are no moral victories against Minnesota, especially when the roster talent gap is the closest it's been since 2011-2012. Either the Badgers win a game or they don't. A couple of hard fought losses are still going to really suck.

Personally, I don't really care about the winning streak to start the season or the #1 ranking. It's about beating Minnesota.

I see you got that answered directly from Baggot. Good job getting the information that actual reporters won't ask during a press conference. Not knowing anything else, I'm going to guess they are shutting down Rolfes for the semester. Makes the job this weekend tougher as things get a little dicier when they have to mix up defensive pairings.

Yeah, I have a very hard time seeing a 5-3 game going in either direction unless one goalie is completely off her game and/or major defensive breakdowns.

I've never had a moment's problem with the ticket office, or getting 'print at home' emails, etc.

Be aware that for hockey tickets, 'will call' days in advance is at the office adjacent to Camp Randall and the Field House, but day before or day of, 'will call tickets' will be moved to Kohl Center or LaBahn.

You folks must be color-blind in Madison... Every cheer is "Let's Go Red" and your team is wearing white. ;)

Congratulations to Wisconsin, I have said it before, if the women have to lose I'd rather it be to you guys, who play they game the way it should be played, than anyone else. Hopefully Mn will reverse this tonight but even at that you should still be #1)

Such kind words, I cannot lie, I'm not sure if I am programmed feel the same way about the rodents. I felt that if they split, I'd still have UW 1 and UM 2.

A great win for Badger Nation last night. Felt like a big weight was lifted off of everyone's shoulders, players and fans alike. I'm fully expecting the Gophers to come out and throw the kitchen sink at the Badgers today.

Well it's easier to be gracious when you cheer for a winner ;)
Seriously though, Some of the best games I have seen have been M/W over the last decade or so even when the wrong girls won. But given that other loses have been to goon squads from UMD or UND during that time I hold no grudges against the skunks because they play the game well and the right way. If BC continues to feast on twinkies I expect we'll see each other in the semi-finals & that will be the painful one for one side or the other.

If UM and stay ranked 2 or 3, and I don't know why they wouldn't, in fact they could get back to #1, but anyway would not 2 play 3 and 1 play 4? So as long as UM or UW stays 1, they will get the 4 seed and the other will get BC in the 2/3 matchup?

Badge Booster, you get a great pat on the back for the Lot 91 tip. I had assumed that was a pay lot, but it's not so you are the best. I'm saving a bunch of money and I don't even have to change car insurance.

I was so impressed how well UW played overall this weekend. I sure doubted this team going into the season in looking at who they lost, but this team is way better than last year's team. They handled the rodents much better. Their stick discipline was such a nuisance to the rodents. Allowing the breakaways was the only thing that really bothered me.

They cannot let down next week against the sue. It's a trap series for sure.

I was envisioning BC moving up. Now if the badgers remain undefeated that wouldn't happen but you know there will be people campaigning for BC to be moved up.

I don't think there's any doubt that BC should be ranked No. 2. Yes, Minnesota has played a harder schedule, but they've now lost three times, whereas the Eagles remain undefeated.
