Meanwhile wasn't sure where else to put this...

Our Westie who turns 16 December 9th has been dealing with diabetes and being nearly fully blind and deaf for a few years. With that aside form the fact he doesn't go for walks or bark at passersby, he's still been a mostly a happy go lucky dog as always.

Unfortunately he took a bit of a tumble the other day and after was dragging his back right leg. We brought him to the vet and the fall appears to have exposed and/or exasperated spinal issues which now require laser treatment.

He also has an infection (antibiotics) and requires supplements for liver problems.

For now we handling all of it and watching to see if he continues to decline beyond living comfortably or can snap back. Ugh.
