I think I saw that from a "bu" poster or maybe some other Hockey East poster and just went with it. :D

Other than the Gophers, I stream BC games (thank you, ESPN3) more than any other team...;)

Not many cupcakes left in Hockey East. Maybe just bu...:)

I'm inclined to think they were just a Poulin-induced flash in the pan. BU was garbage and will ever more be garbage.

Without Leslie and Bach they wouldnt beat a high school team. Maybe a few more 4th liners from the WCHA should transfer in.

...and next years BC team may be so good that every team is a cupcake. watch out for Vermont though. that team is only 2 scorers away from a very good team.
too bad they have to live in that lib infested town for 9 months...can't wait for the news that mrs. bernie ends up in jail.

Wasn't there some monkeyshines with potential bank fraud on a loan for a college she was involved with that was investigated. Is that still ongoing? Haven't heard or seen much of that here in flyover country.

This was the hardest poll of the year. No one in HE wants to be ranked but BC, someone makes a move one week then peas themselves the next, all the more reasoning that BC is overweight with sugar again this year. The EZAC is a 2 dog show, neither Cornell or St. L can get a run going. Time to show the WCHA some love.

"The odds"

1. Wisconsin - The odds on favorite to win it all, unless they have to face Clarkson or *Skating Jesus. Then all bets are off
2. bc - You gotta love the odds when, in an Olympic year, they "lucked into Daryl Watts being *Skating Jesus."
3. Clarkson - The odds increased for them with 2 valuable road wins this weekend and they wear green uniforms.
4. Colgate - The odds are, they're the most likely of the top 4 teams to falter due to inexperience.
5. OSU - The odds drop dramatically after the top 4. No better proof than OSU's past weekend.
6. Cornell - The odds are good that the ECAC will chew them up and spit them out.
7. Minnesota - I think they're just going to go all Hans Solo on the bit and and say "Never tell me the odds."
8. St. Lawrence - The odds are even greater than Cornell's that the ECAC will be their undoing.
9. Providence - The odds are good that they don't even belong here but their losses this weekend are not as bad as Maine's and NE's.
10. UMD - The odds for them are pretty much slim and none but I guess you could say they still have a chip and a chair's chance.

*Skating Jesus is a term that I was "Grant"ed permission to use by a poster and credit to said poster for the quote as well. ;)
