This is no lie, but I have used Colgate my entire life. I like it. I love their story and I will be rooting for them in all cases except if they end up playing UW.

UW is on a bad slide, they can be justified easily at 3. I'd put them 4, but BC/hockey easy is such a joke I can't bring myself to do it.

Top 10 Most Improved Teams From Last Year

1. Colgate........27 wins already says it all. They're not the same team the Gophers outscored 18-0 in the fall of 2012.
2. Ohio St.........I wanted them to be #1 but...
3. Maine...........They've won my respect this year.
4. Lindenwood...8 wins already and no arena caused illnesses? Or was that someplace else?
5. Harvard........11 wins is better than the 5 last year.
6. Merrimack.....They did what only one other team (Robert Morris) has done. Beat the Gophers on opening day.
7. St Cloud St....WCHA bias and also because I've been to their 5 games against the Gophers (with 3 more possible).
8. Providence......Less bias, more worthiness.
9. Minnesota St...Ahem....
10. Union...........Just to show I've finally gotten over the 2014 men's Frozen Four.

Take out Bemidji and replace them with Providence.

I would put OSU as #1 most improved. They won 14 games last year while Colgate had a 22 win season. I also like Providence instead of Bemidji and would have Maine ahead of Colgate at #2. Colgate’s success is not a huge surprise while OSU’s is.
