Huge to score late like that, massive. I do think UNH had the physical edge but I still think on the whole Maine was the better team, despite the passing being slightly off like Mike said. They seemed to be leading guys just half a stride too far.
 
I thought Maine did a great job of not giving UNH a sniff that period. UNH couldn’t have had more than a few shots on goal. Boija did not look good on that goal and noticed a couple times he failed to stop the puck when it was going around the boards.
 
Have they said what the injury is to Ostman? He's still on the bench on door duty right now. Was a little jarring seeing Boija in net to start this period.

Boija is definitely one of those goalies where you expect every shot to go in. Maine is doing a great job of blocking shots.
 
I think this would be the best win of the season if Maine can hang on in the third. UNH finally had some sustained possession towards the end of the second but didn’t seem like they got many shots through.

I’ve said this before but I absolutely love how the games have been reffed this year.

I think you all are being a little harsh on Bojia. The goal against wasn't great, for sure, but he stoned Gendron on the breakaway and has mostly looked poised and confident in the net, not a ton of Grade A chances against but I think he's been just fine so far.
