Team-centric forums are always full of garbage like that. The SCSU one is no different, same as SiouxSports and all the rest. Good for a laugh now and then, but not much else.

I couldn't care less what Gopher fans think of our squad. We are in first place and we are there because we have an excellent team. They can talk all they want, but last I checked trophies are awarded based on on-ice performance.

I saw on Twitter some doofus talking about how it's cute we think being #1 in the WCHA is a big deal but we're only 9th in the PWR. I said I think it's cute Gopher fans think being 1st in the USCHO Poll is important. That poll means as much as Buccigross' poll.

BTW - I think being #1 in WCHA is a big deal. Tough to win this conference.

So Twitter replies are human beings but USCHO replies are Internet tough guys? How does that work? Both are anonymous people making comments on the Internet. I don't think you know what you're talking about.

This guy was not on Twitter. You guys are combining two stories into one. Hair Product Guy was some random Gopher fan sitting in section 107 Friday night.
