Bryce didn't make the trip, so it will be Jonnie O against Tech as well.

He was solid both nights. The other D shout out for the Seawolves was that they held DU to 1-10 on the PP.

Yeah, I was impressed with their penalty kill this weekend, they blocked a LOT of shots. Hopefully nobody is banged up, they are already short benched.

What was DU's power play % coming into this series anyway? I know on Friday DU didn't get any shots off on two or three of their pp's.

i went to the uaa practice on friday and caught the last 1.5 hours of the du practice before hand, and DU looked really awful practicing there power play. I was more worried about our PP allowing SH goals (which didn't happen),

The box score still isn't published yet over 90 minutes after the game.

This makes me nervous about possible DQ/suspensions.

I know, I've been checking it too, it's usually up in 15 minutes. That makes me nervous.

I'd guess they are reviewing the tape. Might take until tomorrow morn before it's up.

So i'm guessing Crowell will sitout 2 games and Tuton One, I'm suprised Clarky didn't get a DQ

So if that happens, i'm guessing crowell will be sent home, and Currier or lunden will fly down to meet the team (i'm guessing Currier since Lunden is still hurt)

Lot of double minors handed out for roughing to avoid fighting penalties. This has a very political feel to it....:rolleyes:

OK.

Without getting too specific....each of the 5 skaters on the ice got some sort of penalty. Two guys from each team hopped the boards -- and those are the 2 extras from each team who got DQ'd. One guy from UAA got a double DQ, for hopping the boards and for sucker-punching Ruegsegger.

Yes, Mcleod was there but he truly was not very involved at all. There was a very thorough review by all the WCHA refs, which was well done. These penalties were well thought out and all deserved, for various offenses.

In the end, basically all the excitement for the entire weekend happened after the weekend's final buzzer. A weekend which I think all involved would like to forget....

Also: We came close to having 2 additional DQ's -- Lee and Colborne. Let's just take our losses and be happy it wasn't worse.

Thanks for all the clarification Chris. Whew, that would have been pretty bad if DU had 4 players suspended.
