Did it get Chippy? I wouldn't bat an eye at Motzko pulling him if it had. UND-MTU got bad and Knight of all people got tossed

That was a fun series. Now we have to wonder who SCSU is going to play in St Paul.

A solid win, I still don't think we played particularly well all things considered. I think they can and will play better tomorrow night. Can't come out of the gates slow or nervous at the Final Five against whoever we end up playing.

On a side note, I feel really bad for AA and anyone associated with that program. What they are going through has got to be really hard on everybody. They only had 15 skaters after that guy got the G.M. for boarding. I wish nothing but the best for that school and program...starting after the game tomorrow night of course.

Sadly, we seem to be used to it. Another wonderful season of mediocrity. I appreciate the sentiment although, I'm sure Donald will tell you to cram it or something to that effect. :rolleyes:

Knight didn't get tossed, only Petan did which makes sense given he slashed Knight in the head and tried to punch the ref.

Why was this series even played? UAA has given up on the season.

I honestly just happened across that pic last night. Jaw dropped, eyes bugged out, and I laughed my arse off. Immediately thought "I need to put that in this thread."

I laughed pretty hard when I saw it. Somebody just has weird hobbies I guess.

I'm not trolling at all. This is the only series than I didn't think the road team had a chance of winning a game much less the series.

I felt the same about the UNO-MSU series. But in that series UNO at least took it to overtime.
