Hiring certain people should be formal legal grounds for throwing your case out without appeal.

At the risk of being needlessly anal, it would be the plaintiff, not the prosecution.

The Florida Highway Patrol says they are not seeking a warrant and don't know why people are saying they are...

The stories I'm reading are making it seem like Woods has no legal obligation to provide anything besides his license, registration, etc. So its not quite like a subpoena, which you are required to follow up on.

I'm sure any statement he gives to the police (which would include where he was going and, potentially, why) would end up in the hands of TMZ, the National Enquirer, etc. Sounds to me like reason enough for him to tell to the police to figure it out themselves.

Of course he could just answer their questions and the end whole thing. But why would he want to do that he is TIGER WOODS he is above that!

Jesus just to get the story out of the news tell the truth and end the speculation. Everyone knows anyways he can defuse this right here and now by just answering most likely 5 questions. By not doing so he is just burying himself deeper into this.

Next prediction (I expect TMZ to break this in 2 days since apparently they have hacked my computer ;) ) is that he will end up in rehab for something, probably vicodin addiction. Then he can blame all of this on that, give a brief public statement and tell everyone to buzz off and how sorry he is. Even if it is BS his publicist has probably already suggested it :p

The person that said this first is also probably the person that said Tiger was going to Kay Jewelers to get his wife a make-good gift.

Not as far as I know. Then again Allred is "famous" for representing the "other woman" in the Scott Peterson murder case, Octomom and a few other 15 minute-types. Maybe there will be a book deal, regardless of the truth, or she'll sue Tiger for something like "failure to call the next day". :rolleyes: ;)

Nah she will just negotiate to get her on Oprah to tell her side and then Oprah will give everyone in the audience a new Calloway Driver! ;)
