The polls - scratching KRACH, PWC, CoP and robbery! ...---...

Re: The polls - scratching KRACH, PWC, CoP and robbery! ...---...

I would have liked to see Oswego fall farther just to get them a little more ****ed off. It's good to see Adrian at number 1 where they should have been before this week anyway. The tournament results since 2009 have shown me that the top team in the West should always be number 1 in the country. Until the East can get back to winning titles again the West deserves all of the bragging rights.

Norwich won in 2010 :)

Were we supposed to get regional rankings today?

Thank you. I kept refreshing the men's page.

The public .pdf numbers have been updated. So you can look at those. The eastern eight teams remained the same by process of elimination with checking record vs. ranked teams.

It's just a matter of did anyone move up or down.....

I'm going to miss that 2011 spreadsheet. It was very helpful to analysis. Looking at Amherst v. Hobart, I think Amherst should be ahead of them. I the Norwich/Hobart comparison seems pretty close too.

If they hold to form, the new PDFs will be up for a few hours, and then the 2011 sheets will be back. :p

I printed them out thinking exactly the same thing!
I have a program called PDFill that allows me to print to PDF and store the document as an Adobe. It also allows me to edit multi page PDF documents.

I'm predicting not much movement in the East. It would seem that Oswego would be pretty far ahead of Hobart that the loss to Potsdam won't drop them. In fact, when I looked at the numbers, I thought Hobart should drop a couple of spots, but I doubt it would happen.

That would be the less than permanent public pdfs? And to think that I thought that I (not the NCAA) had lost my mind. Silly me

I wonder if last week's protected 8/3 split is causing some conniptions.

Based on the spreadsheet info, and what I can compare from their results, somebody enlighten me as to who wins the criteria battle Amherst or Norwich? Amherst because they are seeming to weigh SOS heavily? It certainly seems to go to secondary criteria and tied through that.

Now that I look at it the same could be said of the UMB/Norwich matchup, but only one of them can win the ECAC-E.
