The Boston media crack me up.
The media hype... 'Bill Belichick press conference today at 1:45. He'll be facing some pretty tough and uncomfortable questions regarding Aaron Hernandez. We'll have the news right here on...'
They think we're idiots? LOL. Before one question is asked, Bill will say... 'Aaron Hernandez is no longer a member of the New England Patriots, so I will have no comments regarding him.'
It's so simple and predictable.

Didn't watch much of the game/practice last night but I did like the fact they have a wide receiver bigger than a smurf

Pats look great, they should have gotten rid of a few more players in the offseason so they could have gotten a few more rookies that cost nothing
Amendola is one tough SOB, he almost made it through the 1st half without making IR

Disturbing game but not too surprising I guess.

Amendola gets game ball. Some unbelievable catches down the stretch. Still think getting rid of Welker was dumb, but can't argue with bringing this guy in based on one game.

Having said that, they really really need Gronk back. Send him out there with Amendola and Endelman and a decent running game and the O should be fine. I also have to think the rookie receivers will get it together a little better as time goes on.

My concern is the D. A lot of wide open receivers and inexplicable dropped passes saved their bacon especially in the 4th quarter. You can't have a guy all alone in the endzone with no Patriot even in camera range when he catched a TD pass.

A long week of practice will be good, sooner or later someone else besides Edelman will start catching the ball. At least the D came together although the Jets O is hardly good

Relative to the offense, I lucked out last night, kinda. Was watching the Sox and flipped over to the Pats game, just in time to see the touchdown.

As for the defense, my hopes were raised. Brought memories of when the quarterback got sacked or threw an INT and came to the sidelines with that "Where did that guy come from?" look on his face, only the QB was Peyton Manning, not Geno Smith.

Andrew Luck didn't do us any favors, Miami 2-0, they look good. Sounds like Amendola could be gone for a long time, I know everyone is shocked at that

Triple team Edelman and make the other receivers beat you. Until the newbies improve, the Pats are not a scary team.

They'll come up with something. Maybe gronkowski comes back or they run the wishbone...10 days is a long time, some plan will emerge

Wonder if the plan will involve that guy what was his name? Tim something? Can he play wide receiver?:)
