We are not releasing the charge against Hernandez until it is presented to the court. Again, he will be arraigned in Attleboro Court today

If the Mass State Police wanted to get information from Hernandez, they should've told the Pats to trade him to Jacksonville.

Most ****ing is the video of the victim in Hernandez' car prior to the murder, then it disappears, several gunshots heard, then the car comes back into sight minus the victim. All they seem to be lacking is him on video actually committing the murder.

First degree. They're not fooling around. Wonder what else they've got - the state will have to prove premeditation (or felony murder.)

And his lawyer says "circumstantial". Right, as in circumstances that will put your client away forever.

Some kinda altercation/statements made at some club a couple days before the killing.

Also, Hernandez buying a certain flavor of gum. Offering a piece to the rental car clerk. Chewed piece and a shell casing found under the seat of returned rental car. Shell casing matches the caliber of bullets in the body. Lloyd shot there in the industrial park, not dumped, shot after getting out of the car, and then twice more while laying on the ground.

Either Hernandez is a) the dumbest first degree murderer alive, b) was trying to set up a red herring with the rental car clerk, or c) all of the above.

I think the rental clerk planted that chewed gum and shell casing in the car after the fact, once he heard the news of the murder.

Will this trial be ready to go by the end of the George Zimmerman case? HLN has had a pretty strong run the last six months.

Probably won't be til next year though.

I about died laughing when his lawyer said (with a straight face!) that the case was "weak" after the 10-15 soliloquy by the prosecutor spelling out pretty clearly minute by minute of the murder of Lloyd. Motive? Check. Opportunity? Check. Video of the accused before - with the victim - and after - without the victim - and video of the murder weapon in his hand? Check. Granted, I am not a legal scholar and the lawyer will try to get stuff thrown out, but it seems pretty open and shut. Then again, it seemed pretty open and shut in the OJ case...
