I even gave Billy a chance to post this, but NMU with a defensive touchdown to make it 38-20 NMU and make it a very tough comeback for Wayne State.

Also Tech is losing, which is also good.

Now NMU with a pick and this one should be over.

I am at my office working right now and I had a client come in. I just turned the game back on and that should seal it.

All-American LB Nathan Yelk returns an INT for a Touchdown.

Second straight week we've knocked off a nationally ranked opponent.

Also, GVSU is losing at halftime 17-15 to Hillsdale!

In the snow and cold on the shores of Lake Bemidji, Bemidji State knocks off Wayne State 21-10. BSU held the ball 44 minutes compared to 16 for the Wildcats.

Nice win for the Beavers in the NSIC! Both teams move to 5-2.

GVSU is up 24-20 with a minute to go. Hillsdale has the ball at the GVSU 2.

Hillsdale scores with :37 left. 27-24.

GVSU gets to the Hillsdale 38 yard line with :10 to go. To the 32 with :05 to go. 49 FG to tie it up is no good.

Hilllsdale beats GVSU. :eek:

The Lakers haven't lost a GLIAC game since 2004. NMU lost a GLIAC game a little over a month ago. GVSU is the best GLIAC team until proven otherwise.

You guys might be half decent now, but its not like I'm one of the voters in the national poll anyways. Besides, its the Regional Rankings you should really be worrying about.

Wasn't at the game, but the first reports I've been hearing sound like GV peed down their legs in it. :mad: :mad: :mad:

I just woke up at midnight from being drunk all day after finding out that GVSU lost!!!!

NMU is hands down the best team in the Gliac after what we've done the last 5 weeks.

GVSU couldn't even beat Hillsdale and we will CRUSH them next week by a MINIMUM of 3 touchdowns.

GLIAC CHAMPS HERE WE COME!!!!!

Yes, that was last season when he deserved to be fired.

He's righted the ship and we are finally on a course for success.

Unless we have demonstrative start to the season again I am happy with him as our coach.

Ummm... GVSU lost to a currently two loss Hillsdale squad that scored in the last minute on them. NMU lost in the season opener to a currently 3 loss Northwood team. On paper, GVSU has the better loss at the moment. Plus, GVSU has another win to their name than what NMU has. One of the perks of playing that one non-conference game that the GLIAC schedule allows you to have. 0.857 beats 0.833
