And since NMUDiva is going to be a public school teacher, she obviously has low ones...LOL
Both of my parents were school teachers and later became administrators, so I know what an admirable field that type of job is. It's all in jest.

My ultimate plan is to be a university professor. I hardly think that's shooting low. What I want to do, though, requires a minimum of 10-15 years in the public schools.

-A strong defensive effort got the Falcon's the win here, and pretty much knocked Southern Connecticut out of the playoff picture.

-MC gets the yearly bragging rights in Erie. At least until Basketball season.
Merrimack 36
Assumption 39
- MC rallies from being down by 3 TD's, but too little too late for the Warriors as they suffer their first conference loss.

Michigan Tech 5
- Oilers and Mother nature spoil Michigan Tech's Homecoming game.

- A couple of late penalties ruins AIC's chances of winning this game late.

Another big game for NMU this week. Hillsdale took down GVSU and has a lot of pride coming into this game, thinking they can beat anyone. Northern is on a roll, winning 5 straight including Saginaw and Wayne State (MI).

I am in Vegas for the weekend and my only access to the internet is my blackberry. I am just getting text updates from my buddy who is at the game.
Hillsdale looks fantastic and are leading 28-17 with 8 minutes left in the 4th.

So, I made it to the game. NMU had their moments where they looked great, and they had their moments that they looked like the same old Wildcats. All in all, it was a very entertaining game.
