Sunyac 21-22

Final scores:
Plattsburgh - 5, Potsdam - 2 (Thus, Fredonia clinches the last playoff spot; Potsdam is done)
Buffalo State - 3, Brockport - 2, OT (Brockport tied it with five seconds left in regulation)
 
Not SUNYAC, but two teams 16-0 in conference are battling in Michigan... Adrian scored 6 in the third to lead 8-4 late in the third....
 
With the season winding down I figured I would look at the Awards for this year and some Recruits for next year that I have found so far. (Bold are the winners the others are top candidates IMO)

It looks like the dates for the SUNYAC quarterfinals (Feb. 26) and semifinals (March 2) have changed as well. The finals will still be March 5.

The Awards part is from me looking at stats, watching different games and reading articles about games. A majority of the recruits came from the league they played in websites, a couple from Elite Prospects (actually only one I believe came from there) and the Plattsburgh Transfer because he has been at the games, been in pictures of team activities etc.

When you decide that trying to punch someone in the face right in front of the ref is a good idea you cost your team games… also I don’t care that it probably should’ve been offsetting penalties be smarter than that and get yourselves a power play. Burnett has been a hot head all year and it finally caught up to him.

p.s. why do people think punching a face mask is smart? It’s not just hockey, football players do it all the time too. What are you going to get out of that? It’s a freaking metal cage.
