Birthright citizenship stands, but the fact that it was 5-4 on the constitutional question (Kavanaugh concurred on statutory grounds alone) is just horrendous.
 
The fact that that was 5-4 proves that the Statue of Liberty no longer belongs here. The fact that Megyn Kelly is a lawyer proves that this country is dumb.

Brian Tyler Cohen makes a great argument that it isn't court packing. The number of seats kept pace roughly with the number of districts. At 9 it stopped but districts kept growing to 13. So we need 4 new seats.

I will absolutely do it, first thing. Elect me, cowards. You could do worse.

On the latter issue, I've come to conclude that it's not just Americans - a majority of the world's population simply can't understand it and can't be bothered to try.

The only Twitch/YouTubers I watch. I don't watch Vaush live, just highlights. He's acceptable on a smaller scale, but too much gets old fast.
Been watching Sam Seder for years. He and Francesca are the only Twitch streamers I follow. One of his producers teams up with Doel, the Humanist Report and others to do the Leftist Mafia show on Thursdays at 8:30 (EDT).

Does Jimmy Dore even count anymore? I thought he went nutso and is MAHA if not MAGA-lite.

Oh, and for international perspective, I include Novara Media (and their assorted personalities) and Owen Jones. And Juice Media from Australia is excellent. The Machine is the single best piece of shortform media to come out of the Pandemic Era.

See, I don't see Jews who got the fuck out of Germany in the 1930's as cowards so I don't see leftists who have been warning about this and trying to stop it as cowards either.

And after what I've seen on Dunning-Kruger National Park (social media), most MAGATS and centrists bought the line about how trans women are dominating sports, grooming children, and assaulting cis women in bathrooms.

Meanwhile, I laugh about this mostly because the kids caught in this are cis kids who don't meet Epstein/Western European beauty "standards."
