So - now that the mid terms are behind us and the Democrats will control Senate, any wagers on the MAGAs getting a Supreme Court justice to retire and a replacement seated before January?

I think that rule was thrown out for Judicial nominees the last time out. Otherwise Kavanaugh would not have happened.

If they go through with it then next time we win we increase the size of the Court and pack it. Simple as that.

I don't think the GOP is going to go along with a lame duck historically repudiated old man who will say things every day that are increasingly deranged and offensive to 67% of voters everywhere in the country.
