RPI 2024 Off-Season: Was 2023 – 2024 Just a Bad Dream?

Doc, I know Verdile's and Bella Napoli. I grew up in those neighborhoods. I know I've been out of circulation for awhile, but how long has it been since you and Jenny have been attending home games regularly?

We had season tickets from the mid 70's through 2001. Can only think of one or two games we may have missed at home and we used to travel to most road games at Princeton, Clarkson, SLU, Cornell and Colgate along with a smattering at other venues. We are seriously considering attending a few select games again.

Couldn't help but notice that Colgate is making "significant upgrades" to its ancient, 8 year old hockey locker rooms.... Meanwhile, back in Troy we're lucky if the popcorn machine isn't on fire.....LOL.

If you and Jenny do plan on a select game or two, post here and maybe we can see if Verdile's has passed the test of time. Bella Napoli certainly has!

Thanks Fr. Joe - looking forward to it! According to Ralph's countdown we have 81 days still to go but both of us have started to think hockey already.

Glad you got my reference. The RPI threads, both this, the recruits and during the season the scores threads can be some of the most entertaining around. We can find a lot of information (thanks to Ralph) along with some light hearted humor. Hopefully we can all be in a very good mood once the season starts!!
