The Stars were something like 16-36 last season, I'd say the B.R.O made the right decision. :D

He probably did make the correct decision, but I think that the Stars' record is probably only a small factor in making it that way.

Took a quick look inside HFH this afternoon, things seem to be moving along now. The risers that used to be section 1 are gone along with the championship banners, small scoreboard, the large school shield and from what I could see the old Engineers in the NHL display has been removed as well. When I stopped in the workers were removing some piping from that west end wall. I cant wait to see the finished product.

This guy http://ohlprospects.blogspot.com/2010/05/sunday-top-10-jumping-ship-to-ohl-part.html remembers our comments last year about Pirri and D'Amigo (http://ohlprospects.blogspot.com/2009/05/sunday-top-10-jumping-ship-to-ohl.html) but doesn't mention that we were right when we said that they wouldn't go to the OHL. :D

Edit: There also was a later post about Higgs and Quinn http://ohlprospects.blogspot.com/2009/07/sunday-top-10-unheralded-rookies-who.html.

Somebody get a picture of this guy, stat. I smell a forthcoming WaP photoshop.

It could be since several of his friends are Canadian, but which one is he in the picture?

Im not sure but they all deserve a WaP photoshop for just being around this guy.

NY Rangers are underway with their "20 Prospects in 20 Days" feature leading up to their Dev. Camp on June 25-26. D'Amigo WJC teammate Ryan Bourque is one of three profiled so far. Should be interesting to see if the B.R.O. makes a return trip to this.

Anyone care to hazard a guess as to whether Pirri, D'Amigo or York will attend a dev. camp ??

For those feeling really lucky about next year's RPI team, the lottery for registering for frozen four (St. Paul) tickets ends at midnight tonight. :D

Today is 2 June 2010. There are 122 days (5 months) until RPI's next game.

This is based upon 2 October for the start of next season.

I feel lucky enough to have bought AC tickets.;) The final four is a great experience-we last attended when it was in Albany. If somehow our boys got there this year, I would beg, borrow or even steal tickets to go.:D

Yup. I was thinking of this year though. :D

I would bet anything he'll be back again this year. I'd imagine that Columbus is watching him more intently now after a full season of work and their goaltending prospects to be pretty poor aside from York.
