Got an offer yesterday to go work at the company that offered me a job at the same time I took the current one couple years ago... An additional week vacation, 75% increase on bonus, 8.3% raise on salary.

Hmmmmmmmmm. Decisions, decisions... ;). What's a boy to do?!?!?

You all should let me know if they need a forklift jockey. I could use a raise, and I won't necessarily need one as high as you guys have been offered. ;)

Where, though? Still downtown? Hey, we need to meet for lunch so I can give you the poster. Which is a collector's item as they pulled distribution due to an error ater I secured one for you. :)

i'm in town every day next week except friday..
week after that every 'cept tues/wed.

I hope everybody has a wonderful Easter weekend.

I will be spending Sunday with the inlaws. I am hoping for a Easter miracle in that the blizzard of the century hits tomorrow. :)

ugh... work is so very incredibly stressful... i can't wait until this project is over... i know its affecting my health and well-being. I so need a break. I compared my project against the GS guidelines for my series... this project is at least 2 grades above me... not above my capabilities so much but without something to regulate my stress its tough... if I had something in my life to regulate it (significant other.... good social life) I could handle it so so much better.

Got another shift today at Balance, and I've already have 3 rubs on the docket. About another 90 minutes or so til I'm suppost to be there, and have my last opening of the day there as well. Better go get ready for it.

Just got the schedule for the first soccer tourney of the season for next weekend, not bad times, 11:30 and 4:20 Sat, 11:30 and 3:20 Sun (assuming we make the finals). Just hope the weather improves by then. Last year our guys played in this tourney and while it was not real cold, the wind was ridiculous. Since this tournament is in Blaine, it's much like playing in Grand Forks - the wind comes straight in from the tundra with nothing to stop it.

I think it is about time to plan the NYE trip to Vegas. What I want to do is get 1-3 others to commit (I think I have 1, maybe 2 that will commit as soon as I ask), so we can book flights for the couple of us and get a hotel. Then we will have the dates set, and as others (hopefully) decide to join in on the fun, they can just find a flight that will work and there will already be a group out there. We will just have to add hotel rooms as we need them. I'm hoping to have a big enough group that we can split up, so if some want to play blackjack for a couple hours, and others want to wander the strip, it won't be a problem. Hopefully we can get a group of at least 6, but no more than 10. If we have more than 10, no big deal, if this happens I just forsee us breaking down into smaller groups more often.

Work half the day, went to Trader Joe's and then had to pick up my dad's car because he is already drunk. Fun Friday!

I keep having to think how much of an opportunity I missed a few years ago with a girl in a bar... *sigh* she was cute and seemed sweet... but, yeah, I've been thinking about it. We have access to one fairly cheap at work... just can't justify taking time off from work to do it though.

What dates are you thinking? BU is supposed to be playing at Notre Dame on the 30th and I think, you know, since I'm halfway there at that point, that I could be persuaded. Maybe. Hmmmm.

No Vegas NYE for me. I have some other trips I want to make (and a couple I have to make) in the next year or two.
